I am now at the stage that I enjoy going out to do something. Alot of girls also in my work got involved and could not walk one or 2 days with ur workouts but loved it. I can 100% recommend Paul O'brien as a personal trainer. Over the last two years he has helped and encouraged me so much. I lost weight, became fitter and started running which I never thought I would do. On 20th March I had my last PT session with Paul before lockdown where I said I had lost my motivation, on that day Paul set me a challenge, if I stuck to his nutritional plan I would see results. Today I was back with Paul for PT and I have now lost 7st. Every week Paul sent me a nutritional plan and kept me on track during this. I am over the moon with this and cant thank him enough. He is always available for encouragement and advice.
