I have been involved in athletics and the sports industry from my early teens.

I started my running career with a fantastic club called Donore harriers based in Dublin in the year 2000 and since then I have never looked back. I got the bug and that was me hooked for life.
I wanted to know the dynamics of running and how I could improve my strength both physically and mentally.
How the respiratory system works, how do our muscles cramp up with fatigue etc.
So I decided to put my head in the book and went onto college after school years studying personal training, sports science and nutrition.

I attended D.C.U college and received all my qualifications over the years to hopefully further my career in the fitness industry.

I moved to Lanzarote from the age of 24 for a career break and purely to train in high altitudes. And it was then I discovered the world of triathlons. I took part in several races around the island and slowly improved on my times as I had that competitive streak. I then worked in a sports complex called club la Santa and started teaching classes both in Spanish and English and this is where i felt at home. After two years in Lanzarote I was poached by a team member of T3 sports based in Tenerife to come across and get involved. It was an opportunity I couldn't refuse and spent 5 years as a personal trainer teaching members of football teams such as Manchester City, Aston villa etc.

Having spent several years abroad it was time to come back to Ireland to settle with my wife Kirsty who I had met over there.

We moved back in 2013 and since then I got involved in a Triathlon club called Trilogy where I now act as the training administrator. We simply fell in love with Laois and I loved the aspect of having the beautiful Sleeve bloom mountains on our doorstep as it was just an ideal training location.

I run Womens fitness classes in Castletown village teaching Boxercise, H.I.I.T, Hiitstep and Circuits. I also teach kids with disabilities in NLN school based Portlaoise. I also run my Personal training from the studio based in Castletown where I have the luxury of changing peoples lives around for the better.

I love what I do and I wouldn't change it for the world.

The advantage I have is having been involved in sports all of my life and still to this day I've built up a strong level of fitness myself and with my PT sessions I mirror the clients...which means I also perform the exercises and we work through their journey together as a team.

My main aim in life is to create a strong positive mindset for the client as it builds their confidence and passion for training.

            GROUP TRAINING


A bootcamp is a dynamic, high energy group workout led by one or more trainers. The trainer takes the attendees through a series of exercise, pumping up the team and blasting the best music to keep the energy high! Bootcamps typically last an hour.

Bootcamps are a fun way to stay active and healthy with other people! We love hosting bootcamps because we get to meet a lot of people and truly help others achieve their goals. The energy in the room is amazing. There’s nothing like taking a team of awesome people and working out together! The team focus is great for clubs, corporate organizations, and any other groups to to bond and spend quality time together! Everyone is helping everyone achieve their goals
